It took almost TWO HOURS to do a short, almond shaped French tip. Never coming here again. This is absolutely ridiculous. AND IT COST ME $80!!!

I've had my nail done here before, so I called and I was able to get in the same day to get a manicure with acrylic. I like the color and I like the nail design on the ring finger. BUT, I'm not happy because I did not speak up and ask the person that was doing my nails to be more gentle. When the person was shaping my nails with the emery board my middle finger got cut and my thumb cuticle got cut. I'm very disappointed. Today the 2 spots are throbbing and very sore. I've been getting my nails done here for years, everytime I go they are always friendly and do an amazing job. I've never had a bad set.

They charged me an extra $20 for gel polish on my pedicure, but I didn't get gel on my toes. I got regular polish. The nail tech asked how I was doing but made no further conversation besides asking about colors, designs, water temp and if I wanted a soda. Didn't seem rude just antisocial. Pedicure was cold and when I told them they added a little water to make it luke warm. The hot stones weren't very warm.
