I was so 😞 😥. When Ray and all his beautiful people left I was beyond sad. I was in salon over 3 hrs as they were busy taking care of someone else. I and one other person was in there. My nails peeled in 3 days. One nail cracked and my design fell off. Not returning. They were very kind and were sorry. I understood that but 3 hours?? The new owners that took over in 2026 are not near as good as the previous owners whom I was a regular customer of for over a year. I had the powder applied and had the topcoat crack, chip and lose its shine after a week. A week and a half later I went back and got gel applied. Same thing happened, pictures attached. I explained what happened when I when back to my manicurist, she didn't say anything to me after I explained to her so I assumed she didn't understand me. This was my third time there and my last. I had an appointment for dip nails and a pedi. The gal “Diamond “ that did my pedi was wonderful and did a great job. Unfortunately there is a language barrier; so someone had to step in for all the questions. I was given a menu with no prices ; so I asked to see the one with prices. Then I had to wait (it was not busy at all) and the owner (female) did my dip nails. I’m not impressed with the new owners of Elegant Nails. I had a pedicure appt. at 3:30 and it was well past 4:15 before I got in. I had a 4:30 appt. with Jenny (I love her). However because the new owners are taking walk-ins over people that have scheduled appts. 2 weeks ahead and over booking Jenny didn’t get to do my nails fully.
