I’m not impressed with the new owners of Elegant Nails. I had a pedicure appt. at 3:30 and it was well past 4:15 before I got in. I had a 4:30 appt. with Jenny (I love her). However because the new owners are taking walk-ins over people that have scheduled appts. 2 weeks ahead and over booking Jenny didn’t get to do my nails fully. This is the first time I have not made another appt. In 2 weeks. My nails are bubbly. I like the color but not happy with my nails. Then my pedicure was not a full pedicure. Yeah...so happy to see my friends Ken & Helen bought the shop recently! Ken & Helen have been doing my nails in another community for roughly eight years. They do Amazing work, are very kind and I get exactly what I ask for! They also don't push services, which I appreciate and they pride themselves on keeping a clean shop! Always a relaxing experience.
New owners Helen & Ken have been doing my nails for years. Always friendly & excellent results for long lasting manicures & pedicures!
Sence I have came to portage this is were I have been going for my nails if you would like your nails done I go come to them they are very good very nice people and nice and clean area all the time
I started the morning being turned down by two other salons and Elegant Nails was my last resort. *Bingo* My experience was wonderful with my Deluxe pedicure. Kevin, you have a regular and I will request you for all my further mani/pedis!! Jenny thank you, my brows are perfect! I 100% recommend, Elegant Nails!
