I've visited 3 times as a walk in and was turned around because there wasn't time. So walk ins aren't honored nor respected. After stating I'll come back the service was still refused.

Had my nails done here today. They looked terrible and the technician was upset when I told her that they looked blotchy. She told me it was the nail polish and lighting. Another technician attempted to redo and still looked terrible. $60 wasted! I went to another place to have redone.

Got my nails done today by the owner, she did an amazing job. Not to mention the service was amazing! She’s very social and kind, I would highly recommend!! The prices are amazing too!

The owner of this salon is both verbally & emotionally abusive to her workers and extremely rude to the customers coming in. I watched her yell at my nail tech while she was doing my pedicure several times as if she was her slave. I felt so bad I overtipped my tech and apologized for her behavior and for embarrassing her. It made everyone in the salon highly uncomfortable. Not only that but then the owner overcharged me by double for a service that is clearly displayed at the register as half of that. Don’t go here.
