I usually come here often! And today was a complete disappointment. This was supposed to be my birthday nails and I left unhappy! I showed the lady the nail design I wanted and I even simplified it by saying only one nail is fine. Not one time did she state she was unable to do the design. Then when I was finished and they asked do I like it! I said no and the picture on how it should look versus what I got. They proceeded to say oh we don’t do that. Today was by far one of the best experiences ever. I have a coworker who’s been pushing me to change me to this Salon for the past couple of years. Her nails are consistently admirable. She finally made the appointment for me and I went. I was met with a warm smile, common courtesy, excellent conversation and a wealth of pampering. His name was John and he comes highly recommended.
