Definitely would not recommend Elegant Charter. We used them for a wedding, and rented two large shuttles. The first one was about 15 minutes late. The second bus was an hour and a half late and forced us to push back our ceremony. The bus driver claimed to not be able to find the hotel. despite it being near downtown and on gps. When I called a couple of days later the management was barely apologetic and seemed annoyed that I was fairly frustrated at the situation. They were easy to work with and offered luxury transportation for my bridal party to the wedding venue.
We used to use Elegant regularly for family coming in town until we had a horrible experience with a ride back from Austin airport in the fall. After traveling 26 hrs on an international flight, our driver put in the incorrect city in GPS taking us 45mins out of the way in the wrong direction despite the city being listed correctly on the dispatch paperwork.
