Very very bad experience when I paid a lot of money. I forst of all got moved from my original spot time with someone else then I got booked with Gabby and it was not a good experience at all. I got there early and had to wait almost 10 minutes because she was late and then when I sat down it smelled like cigarettes and the chair was dirty. Then I asked her the same as last time (which was more full) and it came out super classic and the left side of my eye was not even full or was the curl that I wanted. Bad experience with Alice since I got to my appointment she didn’t greet me nicely, I am a new client so the $75 promo didn’t work with me she charged me $10 to removed my old ones and $10 more to pay with card. I was not satisfied with my lashes she left my lashes so small that wasn’t what I asked for I had asked for a natural doll eye with the number length I had on before she gave me an attitude.
It was my My first time here even though I’ve gone to high end spas for lashes in the past , by far I had the best lash experience from start to finish . My male technician was amazing and so precise . My lashes look beautiful and there is no irritations like in the past at all . This is now my go to place ! Give it a try ! I’m very happy
