I had the pleasure to work with Mrs. Hope in the management office, who is truly a wonderful person to work with. She is always polite, efficient, and consistently goes above and beyond to get things done. Mrs Hope is definitely an exceptional worker. Also, Mr. Courtney Dixon, has been a pleasure to work with as a manager.

I am very honored to have met Ms Hope and Mr Courtney. My interaction with them was very professional and welcoming. I felt at ease and relaxed doing business with them . Continue doing the great job that you guys are doing. Customer service was off the chain, there is Hope there so once you enter into the office all things feels much lighter and hopeful.
Previous owner at The Gates in tamarac let’s start off with Courtney Dixon, this man smile in your face and do the most evil stuff behind your back. Yes, I purchased a condo at The Gates pay two years in good faith in HOA fees and within the first six months Courtney Dixon himself started a foreclosure on my pay for Condo stating I did not pay any HOA fees rent with that lie for 10 years stole my Condo from me worst management you will ever get I can go more in detail if somebody wants to challenge me on this
Elegant Homes rental process was smooth, super professional, and very responsive. My family and I had a great experience from start to finish, and everything was well-handled with Mrs. Hope - the office manager who truly was helpful and considerate. We highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable and caring rental management service! 10/10 !
