Howard Fink requested several payments (10%, 10%, 20%) after contract was signed, but before any work was done. I paid it and now he does not admit to receiving them. He does not care about a project or work, he is only after money.
We had unpermitted room addition and received a red tag from the County. Howard helped us resolve the issue, finished the room and cleared all the permit related issues. The work was done on time and he was always professional.
Howard has really great people working for him. My drywall & knockdown ceiling looks out of a Town & Country Magazine after remodeling. I wasn't happy with the paint job but he made it right by having his painter come back. The electricians and plumbers were top notch. Howard ALWAYS answered all our calls & was very attentive to our needs concerns....my only regret is not using him for our cabinets....my husband hired Continental in Boca and they botched the installation.
