ZERO STARS I am appalled and disgusted by the atrocious service I received from your flower shop! The wedding flowers you provided were an absolute disaster - mostly fake and of extremely poor quality. I was promised beautiful, fresh arrangements, but what I got was a cheap, tacky imitation. When I confronted your staff about this, they were completely unhelpful and unapologetic. Your shop's incompetence and lackluster of customer care is shocking!
This guy does not know how to run a business. He’s a good scam artist. I ordered specific flowers for my wedding. He gave me something else. He never apologized. People who don’t know how to apologize when they make mistakes especially on your wedding day don’t deserve to be in business. Point Blank. Good Luck Losers.
Worst decision I ever made hire this joke Of business for my wedding. We were promised real flowers for the Hupa got fake ones. We had fake flowers in our center pieces and the colors were not correct. He demanded his money knowing he did bad business. Do not hire these people for your wedding!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!! STAY AWAY FROM !!!!!!! THE OWNER HIMSELF IS HORRIBLE. This guy literally made me drive out to the store so when I’m finally there and asked him to have his worker please come outside and help me carry the 100 red roses I purchased outside because it was so heavy “I DONT NEED YOUR BUSINESS, PLEASE LOSE THIS NUMBER”. STAY AWAY EVERYONE !!!!!!!
Excellent flowers ... not because of the name but my favorite place to purchase affordable and beautiful bouquets! This is my number one place to go for flowers.
