I'm a GC in the DFW area and have worked with Andrea on a few floor installs now. Andrea is always fantastic to work with! Great pricing, amazing communication, quick shipping, and overall great customer service. We have ordered a few different types of white oak engineered hardwood flooring and the floors always turn out amazing. I have used Elegant Flooring for 2 major projects and both times the results could not have gone better. My most recent project (March 2025) involved the purchase of all materials to replace the flooring in my house with luxury vinyl plank (LVP). Unquestionably one of the greatest stores ever! The attention to detail is phenomenal. We are building a home and turned to Elegant Flooring Outlet for our wood flooring. They were so helpful to me. I needed some replacement flooring for a repair for my home and they took the time to send me a sample. They also took the time to help me find it closer to my house saving me hundreds of dollars in shipping !!! These guys are honest and trustworthy and their customer service is top notch !!!
