Wonderful experience from start to finish! They were very professional, responsive, and communicated efficiently throughout the entire process. We were very happy with their service and the quality of the floors. Happened to find Andrea with Elegant flooring after searching Google for a very specific engineered flooring make/model. I left a generic inquiry online and she followed up immediately. She confirmed that she had the specific flooring we were looking for and at a steep discount relative to other vendors across the country. Turned out she was in the metroplex which made pick up and delivery very convenient. I had flooring installed several years ago and wanted to use the same flooring for my spare bedrooms. Unfortunately, I was not able to locate the flooring locally.
