Bad service and poor quality for the price charged. I had a really bad experience with them when I bought an item they usually price well over AUD 1000. I was told that the item would be kept in the lift on the ground floor but the first delivery guy refused to even move items from the main door to the lift or even place the items on the dolly I brought. They kept changing the time of deliver from 11 am and the item arrived around 5 pm making me miss a full day of work. I went upstairs to grab the phone to make the payment. ... read more
