We had Nick from elegant carpet cleaning come and clean our carpets. They had stains and smells from our dogs. We tried everything from a carpet shampoo machine to spot cleaning and deoderizers. We could never get the stains or smell our. Nick came by and within 1 hour of cleaning the carpets. He had all the stains and smells gone. He did a perfect job. He was very professional and friendly. I highly recommend using Elegant for you carpet cleaning. I will be calling them in the future!!
