Awesome Grooming staff Tami and staff are Outstanding!!! Tami has groomed my dogs for the past 12 years and my dogs are absolutely excited to go to the groomer. Tami knows all her clients and her staff is awesome. The previous reader must have been at the wrong groomer. This staff is top notch and I never feel anxiety leaving my pets with them. When a dog is excited walking in the door you know this is a great place!!

Great place! I have been using Tami as a groomer for over a decade. I find it very interesting that all the bad reviews listed here were all posted on the same date. This would be the same date she changed staffing due to bad performance by some of her employees. If you question the cleanliness, take a tour. I also find it interesting that someone deems her a bad groomer. Try making an appointment sometime. She is booked out at least 4 to 6 weeks in advance. stinks Grooming is so-so at best- I don't use the groomers there at all. The daycare was great but something changed this week- doubt if I will return unless things change.
Customer service needs help Long story short, Dogs were flea free. Dogs get groomed. Dogs have Fleas just after grooming. E.C. argues they didn't give dogs fleas. E.C. leaves nasty message telling this repeat customer of 3 years E.C. will no longer do business with them. WHAT?? My dogs get fleas at your grooming shop and you won't help AND you're refusing my service?? Apparantly in this economy dog grooming jobs are so secure you can refuse service!!
RecommendedWe have always been so impressed by the care that our pups receive from Elegant Canine! The staff is kind and courteous, which is evidenced by how excited our pups are for their grooming apts. I would highly recommend their services!
