I really love that the owner took my concerns seriously. I really appreciate her reaching out and she does a fabulous job at threading.
My first for eyebrows it was very harsh on my skin I got scratches too still the girl did not notice because it was closing time she just rushed. Also I feel on cash payment they should give discount like other parlors.
I’ve been going to elegant brow for a long time and have never had a bad experience until recently with one particular worker. The threading is not thorough and very rushed , a tip was added to my card by her without my consent and a couple visits back there was no one there but the door was open so I sat on couch to wait as other customers arrived. Nice little spot. I got my eyebrows threaded as a quick little treat to myself. The lady that helped me was quick to get to me even as a walk in. The lady that helped me had a very gentle hand and was quick with her work. I got a straight brow, which turned out perfectly and with minimal irritation afterwards. I will be coming back for the efficiency.
I’ve been here multiple times with no problems until today when I got a new girl and she completely ruined my eyebrows 3 days before my wedding. She took it upon herself to reshape my eyebrows completely and made them super thin, almost non existent. And on top of that, also made both brows uneven and gave me an eyebrow slit on one eyebrow.
