My daughter and I had an apt Friday night with Elegant Brides in Prescott Valley. She flew from Wyoming with her maid of honor, future mother-in-law and grand mother. We showed up and the OWNER did not. The girl working said we could just look at the dresses on our own..... What the heck they are in BAGS!!!!!! All of us were so upset and disappointed. We drove to Phoenix and went to LUV Bridal and were treated like queens!!!! Never ever go there so sad �
I drove from Cortez Colorado for an appointment we had set up a month before. It was for my granddaughter who flew in from Wyoming for the appointment. When we got there the little gal that was working said the owner would not be in but we could look at dresses (all in bags). She looked on the books and said we did have an appt. she called her boss and nothing. We went to Phoenix and had an amazing time at Luv Bridal. Purchased a beautiful dress. It is such a special time for any girl so don’t waste it at Elegant Bridal.
Elegant brides is the best one stop bridal shop around. Customer service is amazing, and Shari knows everyone in the industry, so she can refer the best caterers, DJ, etc....
