My best friend had a terrible experience in this store. The woman helping her kept referencing her figure in a negative manner. Instead of commenting on a woman's body you should have been lifting her up and aiding her in finding her dream dress. Girls today have worked to hard to love our bodies and ourselves, after the obsessive drive to be skinny in the early 2000's, to be put back down again. Do better.

The service was amazing throughout the whole process! I found Elegant Brides through an ad on Instagram promoting their July Bridal Dress Sale. Would have never guessed I would find my perfect dress through social media! From beginning to end I felt special. The seamstress Mrs. Donnell was so sweet, honest, and explained everything well to where I was able to understand what was going on. My bestfriend is getting married and came in for an appointment. Not only were there little to no plus size choices. But the stylist that helped her continously called her a "bigger girl" or "curvy". While it may not seem like much to some it was hurtful to constantly point out her size. Just get her dresses that she thinks would like without commenting. It's rude.
