I came in today with my daughter and my nieces. We all received pedicures, which was a bit rushed but it looked fine so I didn’t complain there. My daughter smudged her toenail while drying. It was repolished. GREAT! While my daughter was waiting for her toe to complete drying, a guy, who I am guessing may be the owner came over to the drying station and turned off the power on the table! Great service, easy to make reservations, calm atmosphere!
So happy I found Elegant Nails. I was visiting New York before Christmas through New years and needed a pedicure urgently. I googled and this salon was closest to my stay. Called in at 430 for a 5pm appt and they took me in. Andy did my French pedicure, ANDY THANK YOU SO MUCH, he completed softened my feet and my French manicure was perfect, the massage was EVERYTHING, let me legs feeling like jello, and he didn’t my back massage while I was getting my nails done he’s a 10/10!!!! As me and my family are regulars I am really disappointed because I like this salon but unfortunately yesterday I did not have the amazing service as I usually do. Everything was great until 2:30pm when it started to get busy; I got a gorgeous set but my nail tech moved me to two different nail techs once it got busy and my nails show how my service was rushed.
