Good customer service. The lady was calm and happy to serve.
Stay away from Delta products and the suppliers that sell them. The quality is terrible, and they are completely unreliable. I built a brand-new home and was strongly recommended to use Delta, and it has turned out to be one of the biggest regrets of my entire build. What's even more frustrating is the complete lack of after-sales support. The supplier has been absolutely no help, and Delta's customer service has been just as disappointing.
