Sean and Roland were great. Upfront and honest about the process. Transparency is important to me. Would come back for another clean highline car.
Drove for an hour straight from work to look at an F150 that supposedly had 164k miles on it. They let me look at the car and when I started to talk about how I want an inspection done on it he said that the odometer is wrong and the car actually has 250k miles on it. They could have at least mentioned that in the seller description, or told me on the phone when I called to make an appointment. Big waste of everyone’s time.
Dealer decided to run my credit using their own lenders not my approved lender. Scam likely I’d stay away . They care about their pockets and not yours
These guys are serious about selling cars! Polite, courteous, quick and best of all... down to earth and easy to work with! Elegant, it’s not only their name but that’s how they treat people. Highly recommended.
Overall good buying experience was looking for an E90 with the M sports package and this was the lowest mile one and the most reasonable. Shawn was courteous and transparent throughout out the process they also have a 90 day warranty which is hard to beat .

Worst experience ever.. has the car I wanted was willing to pay cash but decided to see how financing would go.. told them I needed to be able to finance remotely as I was unable to sign in person as it was quite a drive and my plan was to pay cash and ship.. they didn't listen to a word I said.. didn't even really seem like they wanted my business by how they treated me.. its to bad how they are ruined the sale but now I won't deal with them..25 years of car buying experience..
