The buying experience was fine initially, but the after-sales service was extremely disappointing. Once there was an issue, getting assistance became very difficult. A good jeweler should stand behind their products and take customer concerns seriously.
For a company selling premium diamonds, I expected premium quality. Unfortunately, the stone I received didn’t give me that impression. The clarity wasn’t visually impressive, the brilliance was average, and the overall finish did not feel consistent with the price. I expected a diamond that would stand out immediately, but this one certainly didn’t
Hands down the best jeweler in Omaha. He flawlessly remade and enhanced and antique pendant. I get so many complements on it now. Overall Amazing experience.
