Cannot recommend Andy and his staff highly enough! From proposal to event, Andy was in communication and focused on details we had not even thought of, which was so appreciated. Elegance to Simplicity Catering provided the passed hors d'oeuvres and stationed dinner for our wedding of approximately 135 guests, who raved about the food. Whittling down a menu was a challenge, as ETS offered so many delicious options (including vegetarian). Andy and his team were incredibly professional and helped to make our wedding day (about 40 people) a delicious & stress-free experience. Everyone raved about the food and he was very accommodating with a flexible menu (including any guests with dietary restrictions). Cannot recommend Andy and this catering company enough!
