I had booked an appointment online with a barber who no longer works at the location I went to. When I got there I said I had an appointment and who with, they told me that the barber was not there anymore, and then Alejandro said no worries about it and took me in. He was very professional and proficient at his job. I can see the passion he has. I will be booking with Alejandro again. Thank you.

I'm currently teaching my teenage boys how to ask for the haircuts they want. We came in shortly before they closed, Shawn still took us in as walk ins. My son had a hard time explaining what he was asking for. Shawn was super patient and very kind. He made every single change that my son asked for.
