Men's $12 haircuts! – I sent my boyfriend to Elegance for a "real" haircut. Cherie provided a cut,scalp massage,shampoo and style for $12! Thanks Cherie!
Relaxing Atsmophere – I really enjoyed my visit at Elegance. The staff there is wonderful. Their easy personalities made it an enjoyable first time visit as a new customer. I have already highly recommended them to friends and family. I have sent my husband there to get his haircut and he also has had a nice experience.

Excellent Service I had my daughter's birthday party at Elegance. Spoiled Rotten Spa Parties are excellent for young girls. They got "party hair", nails", "party make-up" and a special photo session. The girls all got a keepsake of the event and my daughter LOVED it! The staff really tried to keep all the girls happy and make it a fun party atmosphere. I already go there for my services, but now my daughter wants to come with me all the time too!
VERY accomodating.... I recently decided to have my daughters birthday party at Elegance after a friend had referred me. I cannot say enough about how accomodating and friendly all of the staff was. The owner was very organized and great with the kids. The staff was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the party truly one to remember. Even after the party I decided to go back and get my hair done,that again was a great experience. Very relaxing atmosphere and knowledgable staff, I will definatley be returning.
i agree, never again i was there for a pedicure a couple of months ago. the person who did my pedicure was so nice. she took care of my needs and just let me relax. SHE was perfect. the owner, on the other hand. oh, let me tell you, she was loud and obnoxious. the only reason i would go back would be for the person who did my pedicure. but she is no longer there. no, i will not return.
Never again... Never again will I go to Elegance Salon and Spa in New Berlin. Its The Trashiest group of women, from the owner/management down to the receptionist. The quality of there services was low and the atmosphere was cheap. The girls all walked around with a "bitchy" attitude, excuse me...but aren't i paying you for my services? I was there for a day of beauty and I will NEVER go back! It Was Horrible!!
