Super accommodating and wonderful staff. Long hair friendly. 10/10 recommend!!
This is the only Salon I can find that knows how to do Keratin treatment the way it was meant to without damaging my hair. Here I feel at home, judgement free and warm welcoming customer service. My last treatment from Elegance lasted over a year. I would buy their products and trust Nim with my hair any day because she tailors her work to the clients hair type and hair needs, which is hard to find in Toronto. Got makeup and hair done for a reception and ask for natural look . sorry to say this saloon is way over priced and over rated for what i was told a senior artist work . I left with patchy face and looking like clown .Ending up removing all my makeup at home and redoing to make myself look human being again . It was very expensive visit which cost me 300$ for something i can’t keep even for 10 min .
I got my makeup & hair done by Nim for my wedding and reception. I couldn't have asked for a more talented and kind soul! She is literally the sweetest from beginning to end. For someone who is picky, I'm glad I picked Nim! Can't wait to get glammed in the future again!
