I am SO thrilled with the wedding gown cleaning service provided by Elegance Preserved. For an errand I was procrastinating, they made the whole process much simpler and easier than I could have ever imagined. I brought in my bridal gown for cleaning, which had been damaged by lots of rain and dirt on my wedding day. They also do free pickups. I was concerned because their operations were not local, but they made the process SO easy! I have nothing but good things to say about Elegance preserved! This was the best and most convenient wedding dress cleaning service out there. They picked up my dress from my home (Estee Dress by Lazaro which was purchased from Bridal Galleria in SF), assessed the worked, cleaned it, and dropped it off just like that! She picked up the dress a few months ago I shared with her that it was 10 yrs old but we both agreed that it was still in very good shape!
