I dropped off two dresses—one for my ceremony and one for my reception. The pickup service was incredibly convenient, and I appreciated that they were able to provide a quote that was not binding before moving forward. They also offered drop-off, which made the entire process very easy. Olivia from Elegance Preserved is THE BEST! She cares so deeply about the bridal experience and truly went above and beyond for me. She was with me every step of the way throughout the process of cleaning my sample gown. I also had an issue with coordinating the drop-off on my end, and she was incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved right away. My gown came back looking absolutely brand new! I sent my Monique Lhullier wedding gown in to be cleaned and preserved and their team did an amazing job! First of all, not only was the team extremely communicative and responsive to all my questions, but they made the process so seamless and simple. Living in the Napa area, I was outside of their pickup zone, but they sent over a shipping label and updates while the dress was being cleaned and inspected. I would happily recommend this service to any of my friends who are looking to clean and preserve their special gowns.

I bought a dress a from a sample sale that looks like it had been dragged across the floor many times. Elegance preserved made it look like new. I’m also impressed with how communicative they are.
