I sent my Monique Lhullier wedding gown in to be cleaned and preserved and their team did an amazing job! First of all, not only was the team extremely communicative and responsive to all my questions, but they made the process so seamless and simple. Living in the Napa area, I was outside of their pickup zone, but they sent over a shipping label and updates while the dress was being cleaned and inspected. I would happily recommend this service to any of my friends who are looking to clean and preserve their special gowns.
I bought a dress a from a sample sale that looks like it had been dragged across the floor many times. Elegance preserved made it look like new. I’m also impressed with how communicative they are.
They made my dress look like it did the day I bought it! I found Elegance Preserved in my search to find someone to properly clean my wedding dress. Bought my designer dress at a sample sale and was told by the sales woman that the stains would come out (me being very naive and knowing nothing about the complexities of cleaning silk). Elegance Preserved handled the pickup of my dress very efficiently and held my hand every step of the way. They were honest quickly about what damage to the dress was likely unable to be treated despite their best efforts. While some stains were able to be lifted, not all could.
