I have nothing but good things to say about Elegance preserved! This was the best and most convenient wedding dress cleaning service out there. They picked up my dress from my home (Estee Dress by Lazaro which was purchased from Bridal Galleria in SF), assessed the worked, cleaned it, and dropped it off just like that! Elegance preserved made cleaning my dress so easy - thoroughly recommend. I bought a sample dress (Mira Zwillinger), and thus having a good cleaning service was key - and they did a great job. A lot of the yellowing and some browning from being a sample, came out - and looked so new!
