Bought my designer dress at a sample sale and was told by the sales woman that the stains would come out (me being very naive and knowing nothing about the complexities of cleaning silk). Elegance Preserved handled the pickup of my dress very efficiently and held my hand every step of the way. I am SO thrilled with the wedding gown cleaning service provided by Elegance Preserved. For an errand I was procrastinating, they made the whole process much simpler and easier than I could have ever imagined.
