I’ve been coming to this salon since it’s opened and unfortunately, today will be my last day going. Today one of the gentleman did my nails and he was very rough, snatching my hand for some reason. I’ve been disappointed with the customer service and quality for a while, but today was my last straw. I’ve spoken up a few times about how I wanted something to be changed and I’ve been met with an attitude. So now I’m deciding to take my business elsewhere.

I was at your salon today and initially had a positive experience—until my mom walked in. She simply asked for a nude color, and was rudely told you “don’t have that color,” which is completely untrue. Not only was the color very clearly available (it’s literally on her nails now), but the way your employee handled the situation was beyond unacceptable. This is the worst place i ever experienced. Nobody acted like they wanted to do my nails . I asked for a soak off 5 times and the lady looked at me like i was stupid , i would never come back to this place or recommend to ANYONE .

This by far is the best pedicure I have EVER gotten. The place is huge so I didn’t need an appt. OMG the massage at the end was amazing. 🤩 she has Jesus hands 🙌

Great nail salon! This was my first time here and it was very pleasant. I got a spa pedicure which was great, nice staff, clean salon, and just very bright and nice. I made an appointment to come back for a pedi/mani so looking forward to it.
