A very high-quality experience with a staff that is both professional and genuinely enthusiastic about their work. The new studio is airy and beautiful, making it a very comfortable spot for a relaxing afternoon. I highly recommend their services for anyone who wants great nails and fair prices.
No transparency in pricing. They make up prices after the work is done. Avoid this place at all costs.
After 3 hours to do a fill and toes they completely embarrassed me after the receptionist didn’t charge me for my nails and ran after me in the salon making it look like I didn’t pay. I knew when asking for tips on my big toes for my pedicure it would add to the cost but 18 dollars for 2 tips and another 10 for a little gel on the pinky toe and another 10 for whatever else they explained was ridiculous. I will not be going back here and giving business to them.
I really like the salon and the techs do a great job, I just struggle with the inconsistent pricing. I go every 4 weeks for a refill, last time was $50. I sat down in the chair and they asked if I wanted the same shape and for them to be filed, and I said yes (without mentioning any shapes or even changes to shape). This time it was $55.
Bright and clean atmosphere. Personalised care with personal plastic basin protection for pedicure. Staff pleasant. I appreciate the TV not with constant negative news. Owners pleasant.
