I went for a pedicure and I asked for them to add nail and they added a whole plastic nail and I asked for them multiple times make my nails short a natural length and the lady just laughed and she cut me with the scissors didn’t even cut my cuticles she just filed around my nail bed she didn’t add monomer or acrylic on to my nails just painted over them and left me big patches all around I paid $80 for something my 10 year old niece could’ve done I’m really disappointed.
Manager is RUDE! Don’t come here u less you want them to cut you up and pressure you to get services !
They take their time and do an excellent job overall. The customer service was excellent as well. I would love to come here again. Worth my time!
