HORRIBLE!!!! Lost a bridesmaid dress two weeks before the wedding but couldn't even own up to the mistake. All they kept telling us was that it "may be in today's shipment". Uhhh...we don't have time for maybe's lady! We got the run around! Completely hoosier place that was run VERY poorly. Please save your time, money and a whole lot of headache and running around TWO WEEKS before the wedding and go elsewhere.
They lost a bridesmaid dress and didnt even notice til we kept calling. This was weeks before my wedding STAY AWAY!!!
Very HAPPY Bride!! This small shop is a family owned shop and tends to every possible wedding need. Has Great in store sales! Will devote all their time to the Bride-to-be, and any concerns that may arise. The bridesmaids dresses did take a while to come back but had nothing to do with the shop itself. Horrible Experience!!!!!!! It is less than 3 weeks before the wedding and we still don't have our bridesmaid dresses which were ordered 5 months ago! So much for alterations! At this point, we are just hoping to have the dresses for the wedding. When we asked for a rush order last month, they just blew us off. Don't use this bridal shop if you want your girls to have something to wear the day of the wedding!
