Really disappointing experience at this braiding shop. The service was poor and not welcoming at all. My part was uneven, too much gel was used, and the overall look was sloppy. I also noticed another client getting their hair done and their braids and parting looked just as messy. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for quality or a positive atmosphere.
I've been getting braids & sew-ins at Elegance for over 10 years. I've had various lengths of hair and they have always been able to work with me to find the best style. I always leave happy with what I think is a flattering protective hair style for me.
The stylist at Elegance Hair Braiding are amazing. I've been going to this shop for over 12 years and I'm always happy with the quality and speed of their work. The hours of operation are very flexible and the stylist are very accommodating. I'll definitely keep referring clients to Sonya and Amy at Elegance Hair Braiding and they will always be my salon of choice.
