I brought my brand new vehicle to Elegance Auto Cosmetic in August 2024 to have my windows tinted. I asked for 20% carbon but received something different. The tint is lighter than what I wanted and less durable. He did not mention this to me at all until the job was already completed. However, I just accepted it since it took them 6 hours to complete the service. My experience wasn't good. I had paint issues and needed ceramic work done. He (owner Fortino) sold me on getting ceramic work done on my car, rims and Calipers with using ceramic coating. I paid for other work done to my car from vendors Fortino referred. Fast forwarded, the ceramic work on one side of the car didn't last a month. When I finally brought the car back to complaint, Fortino blamed the poor paint quality. I needed tinting on my Tesla Model S done on very short notice and despite it being the Fourth of July, they accommodated me without any issues. The team was incredibly professional, efficient, and friendly. The quality of the tinting job exceeded my expectations.
