So I called and scheduled an appointment with Esse for 9a.m.When I got there, she had already started on someone else's head. I told her that I scheduled with her when I paid my deposit. So she put someone else on my head, not to mention she was late, and she still charged me regular price even though I had my own hair. If I could zero stars, I WOULD! I came to this salon to get my hair done and I had an awful experience. The lady who did my hair came with her baby. She started my hair and twice she had to stop to care for her young baby who looked to be about 7-8 months old. She spoke on the phone the entire time!! At first, this was not an issue until I realized she did not pay attention to what I told her I wanted. I had to show her the picture of my hairstyle 4 times!! This was my fourth visit to this braid shop, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Each time I've come, there's been a lack of communication — especially around who will be doing my hair. This time, I had to wait 30 minutes (Hair blown out and combed through) for the stylist (new face) to arrive. What made matters worse was the time.
