Dropped my gaming pc off to get a new AIO, fix a ram issue, install new psu and rewire. They went above and beyond! Even tweaked the aio cooler for a push pull without me asking or charging me, which helped cpu temps, moved my fans around for better air flow and rgb, and changed some software/microsoft cloud stuff so it’s not bloated! I was told a week and he had it done in less than 24hr. He also answered all of my millions of silly questions. If you’re looking for clean, friendly, fast, professional I recommend Eleet 🫶
Staff was kind and friendly. Price was fair. They were able to fix my issue very quickly and without any hassle. I'd definitely recommend.
Took my grandsons PC in for a CPU upgrade. The staff at eLeet did a wonderful job diagnosing the system, and finding a reasonably priced solution. They identified and corrected issues we weren't even aware of, talked us through the strengths and weaknesses of our hardware, and maintained good communication throughout the process. We are very pleased with the service we received at eLeet!
It’s been over a year now since I brought my PC in and i’m still extremely upset with my experience with Eleet. They charged me $300+ to “fix” my PC that was dropping frames and overall underperforming. Over a year later it still has the same issues. I have NO IDEA how they calculated $300+ when they didn’t even fix my PC but here we are. I genuinely feel like I got scammed because I’m down $300+ and my PC still runs horribly. Highly recommend. Lou is amazing. The guy takes the time to really dig in and troubleshoot and get to the bottom of things. He goes over and above to provide the best customer service and is reasonably priced. Always the best experience. Most recently, he helped us out in a real jam during a super busy time for our business. We were ready to scrap our machine and start over and he persisted to find the root of the problems and we are off and running.
