I placed an order and the process was quick, accurate, and shipping was fast. When I received the order, it was correct (always helpful) and they even wrote a nice note on the side of the box, another on the packing slip telling me how awesome I am, and included a chocolate bar in the box 😂 Seriously some of the best customer service ever.
I ordered some eco stencil ink for my eco tank printer, hoping to figure out this new way of making stencils while we have some down time. When I received my package and noticed the note, I immediately took a liking. To take the time to do this shows that this company cares about its customers. I will return for sure based on that alone.
