Good and bad. These guys did a great job solving my issue in a timely manner. However, avoid Robert if at all possible. Very rude and makes you feel like youre an idiot if you dont know about computers Isnt that why we go there in the first place? The rest of the staff, even though I cant remember their names were great. Kind, helpful, quick. I plan on going back in the future if another problem comes up with y laptop, but I will not talk with Robert next time.
This place is great!!! Great store with good products at very cheep prices.
