This was the absolute worst service I've ever had. First of all they took a week over due to get my phone fixed! After that when I pick up my phone it was not properly fixed the screen was not glued in all the way, rattled with vibration, and also my ear speaker had stopped working. Its clear who ever was fixing my phone was rushing through his work. My screen ended up cracking in my pocket a day later. We apologize & feel for your situation. Our top technician speciality ordered the screen & installed using his expertise & time. It clearly states in our contact your phone screen covered under warranty & is voided by cracks & personal damage. How ever we can not replace parts damaged by customers including but not limited to cracks screens. Pat is the man! He's come over to fix several phones and not only that, I pretty much have him on speed dial for any and all electronically needs! Extremely knowledgeable! I contacted him before I bought my laptop and he actually saved me money by pulling up a price quote for me!!
