I recently visited EMR ELECTRONIC MASTER for the first time to have my car's instrument cluster checked. My appointment was at 2:10 PM, and I was quoted $180 for the diagnostic. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting until after 5:30 PM without any updates. When I finally received information at 6 PM, I was shocked to learn that the repair would cost $1,800. My Hat Goes off to big Unk and Little Unk when I got there and told him what I needed done was very helpful. Explained everything of what he had to do in order to check my radio out on my 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe I dropped my car off the night before and they got started on the next day very quick turnaround after I picked up my car I decided that I may just go ahead and put radio speakers in my truck. Question. If take your vehicle somewhere to be repaired and if it has the same issue as it did when you dropped it off would you say it has been repaired? The kicker, rather than admit that they maybe replaced the wrong part to begin with they conveniently say it was a different issue and wanted charge another $800.00. Also,The one year warranty they offer is only verbal and not on any of their paperwork.
