I recently visited EMR ELECTRONIC MASTER for the first time to have my car's instrument cluster checked. My appointment was at 2:10 PM, and I was quoted $180 for the diagnostic. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting until after 5:30 PM without any updates. When I finally received information at 6 PM, I was shocked to learn that the repair would cost $1,800. Very poor service. No communication regarding vehicle. I always had to call to get updates on my truck and they always gave excuses of why my truck was not fixed for over 2 months. I paid over $1200 for wire issue because my truck was running bad and going into limp mode that they supposedly fixed. My truck was there for a month and they supposedly fixed by putting a underhood wire harness. Question. If take your vehicle somewhere to be repaired and if it has the same issue as it did when you dropped it off would you say it has been repaired? The kicker, rather than admit that they maybe replaced the wrong part to begin with they conveniently say it was a different issue and wanted charge another $800.00. Also,The one year warranty they offer is only verbal and not on any of their paperwork. I had pieced together new car stereo components for an old truck with every intention of installing it myself. But life got in the way and that didn't happen. I called EMR and Moe hooked me right up the same day. It was a big install and I was there a few hours. I got to observe how each customer was treated with patience and respect and most were taken care of that very day. I really appreciate the service I received and recommend you give them a call!
