The work is simple and repetitive. You'll still get micromanaged by random employees who aren't even a manager, they just sucked up to the managers and now get to boss people around. 'Hr' is a guy who couldn't care less. The managers like it this way. Glad I left.
Two men (Va Beach) who came to Highland Springs Elementary today to pick up laptops were just the nicest people I have ever met. Very friendly with a warm and comfortable demeanor.
One of the worst tech services I have ever work with. I put a ticket in over 3 week ago and still nothin has been done. No supervisor and no management has contacted me to help with the problem.
It's a stepping stone job.
