We have used this company for over 10 years.... in the past few they have REALLY gone downhill. Their customer service is pretty much non existent. Everything is automated and AI. We've had issues for months and cant get any resolution. Their billing is a disaster. I can not wait to get out of this contract and i warn anyone that would sign one with them.
