The ESA team is helpful, informative, and very professional.
We use ESA to facilitate most of our industry specific training requirements and the course selection is larger than most other LMS's for our industry. Email response has also been very quick for any inquiries that we've had in regard to training.
Response was quick and answered my questions fully and honestly. Good indication of a reputable company.
I have been a member since 1985 and with all the benefits and discounts between training and insurance I have never paid for membership. The non-tangible benefits are real as well. I always learn new tricks from the networking opportunities and I also send my management team to the annual meeting and trade show, they learn as well to improve our services while creating a better work environment for my 89 employees. It's important to say that in 1982 I started my business with just 5 employees besides my wife and me.
