Prism has had my furniture and Industrial Serger since August 2022. They will not return my calls nor give updates on the status of my furniture nor return my furniture. I have gotten Servpro pack out service, the company that broke my furniture and retained Prism, to call/email Prism but to no avail. I have made several calls but cannot get my furniture returned or any response from Prism. This is the worse possible situation and leaves me with no option but to seek legal advise. My house flooded - they helped keep my art save and restored some of the damage piece while it was being remodel
Absolutely Ridiculous, we have been waiting since July ( early) for our floors and house to be put back together, we're being told the new floors haven't came in yer...Sort of the insurances fault also, because the Insurance has paid them already, Smh...here it is Oct 9th and still work isn't complete, we were told 3 weeks not 3 or 4 months...WOW!
