12-9-2025. Horrible experience. Lack of communication, property came back still dirty , 1 of my brand new items were missing and another item broken on the way back to my property. Do no recommend ! They can TAKE all of your electronics , Stove , microwave , dishwasher , fridge , washer & dryer bad unplug them all or unsure them but can’t wire them up or plug them back up because they aren’t “certified” but apparently they are “certified” unplug everything and unwire your dishwasher .
Prism has had my furniture and Industrial Serger since August 2022. They will not return my calls nor give updates on the status of my furniture nor return my furniture. I have gotten Servpro pack out service, the company that broke my furniture and retained Prism, to call/email Prism but to no avail. I have made several calls but cannot get my furniture returned or any response from Prism. This is the worse possible situation and leaves me with no option but to seek legal advise.
