We had a spring break overnight. I called EDL at 8am this morning and they were here within two hours. Thirty minutes later, all fixed. Couldn't be happier with the fast response and the service. Highly recommend!
I called to ask a simple question about installing a CAPXS unit that I had already purchased from Lift Master. When the representative asked if I already had the equipment and I said yes, his tone immediately became rude. I understand if the company has a policy about not installing customer-purchased equipment; that could have been explained politely in a sentence. Instead, he responded dismissively and very rude. Had a torsion spring snap this week... Scheduled service call with EDL. Gino and Brian arrived this afternoon, very professional.
