I called to ask a simple question about installing a CAPXS unit that I had already purchased from Lift Master. When the representative asked if I already had the equipment and I said yes, his tone immediately became rude. Had a torsion spring snap this week... Scheduled service call with EDL. Gino and Brian arrived this afternoon, very professional. Replaced both springs, lubed rollers and hinges. $395 true to price quoted. 3 year warranty. No "upsell" tactics, just good old fashioned service. Thanks EDL SULLY Boynton Beach FL

After making an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday. I was told a technician would be out between 9:00-12:00. At 12:15 I called to see what the hold up was. I was told he was running late and I was the next stop. At 2:15 he still wasn't here, no phone call from the office keeping me informed as to what was going on. Called again and asked for the service manager who informed me that he was still in Pompano and I was the next stop....right. I ended up canceling as I had things to do on my day off.
