I called to ask a simple question and the woman that answered the phone was rude as well as cut me off in the middle of what I was asking her regarding a garage door to be reinforced. First impressions are everything so I would not recommend this place. All I needed was to know if they can help me with a current garage door for security purposes, but the woman that answered the phone seemed like I was bothering her by calling. When the representative asked if I already had the equipment and I said yes, his tone immediately became rude.
