Had Lance from EDL come out and replace garage door springs. Great guy, and great customer service. Thank you to Lance and to Deborah from EDL; I will definitely use your company again.
Had a torsion spring snap this week... Scheduled service call with EDL. Gino and Brian arrived this afternoon, very professional. After making an appointment on a Thursday for the following Monday. I was told a technician would be out between 9:00-12:00. At 12:15 I called to see what the hold up was. I was told he was running late and I was the next stop. At 2:15 he still wasn't here, no phone call from the office keeping me informed as to what was going on. Our garage door spring broke and Lance from EDL game out the same day. He was so knowledgeable about garage doors and was a super nice guy. We decided to replace our garage door opener the following week and requested Lance for the installation. We’ve been using EDL for years and have always received superior service!
Tried to get a proposal from parts department after providing the manager of the department with the specific item number. For equipment only. Received a written proposal which included installation when I made it clear parts only. It included a note/ “we want to do your installation” And it was for the wrong piece of equipment. And the $450 part was quoted part and labor at $4,700. Needless to say, I did not call them back nor would I recommend to anyone.
