RecommendedBest hifi showroom around. Customer for life. Great selection, boutique setting, very personable service. It's a family owned business and the owner is extremely knowledgeable and very fair... doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Very quick to respond to inquiries, usually within the hour. He was personally involved in my projects from start to finish, including installs. Can't find many places with service like this, and it's good to know it still exists.

I engaged Paul to install a Savant system in our home and couldn't be happier. Not only did they do an A+ job but made the process easy, which was very appreciated during a stressful renovation. The whole team at Electronic Concepts was professional and deserves praise. Love the showroom too. We have since engaged them for a home theater design and are looking forward to working with them again!
Exceeded expectations and could not be happier. We purchased a new Home and hired electronic concepts for all audio/tv/security features. EVERYONE we have dealt with has been amazing. From sales to install to support, everyone is helpful, informative and responsive. There was even one day i had To call the office for clarification while our sales rep was on vacation, the woman who answered the phone was the sweetest and so helpful.
