The service my family members have received with Electronic Care by Ed Grace has been above rating. Every concern, question or problem we’ve had was always addressed timely. The system we invested in for each family member has been very efficient with getting the ambulance to my family member. I highly recommend Ed Grace as a representative because of his professionalism and caring spirit.

From the initial set-up, Ed was awesome with the customer service provided to my mom. From his knowledge, I never doubted the care my mother would have by using the services. Most recently the device seemed to malfunction and my mom was afraid to call Ed. I told her that he lives by his word in always ensuring that the device functions properly. He went to my mom's house and figured out what the problem was and we got everything back up and running. He stood by his word and we are grateful.

Ed is a great listener which is so crucial to finding the best solution to address your personal health and safety needs and concerns. He is a very caring, extremely knowledgeable professional, and if my mom were still alive, I would definitely seek his help and protection with Electronic Caregiver products and services.
