I have a client in Woodland that required someone on site to fix an issue, and I phoned on a Saturday afternoon. I got a call back within 10 minutes, and after explaining the issue - A complete Bitlocker lockout - Frank promised to show up Monday morning. Monday morning came, Frank showed up, fixed the issue, and my client's employee is back to making money instead of being dead in the water. Hioghly recommended!

Frank is a true professional, and humble about it. He listens and his prices are more than fair. We only trusted the best for the following conundrum: We had an old broken computer that we knew had family photos on it. They were saved under a scrapbook program that was no longer available. Frank saved the day...and phew...gave us a disc of about 1000 family photos that are treasures (that we're now putting into a printed photo album book). Thank you Frank for your expertise!
