The paperwork they provide for your company to use is awesome. Their staff are friendly for the most part, they seem to attempt to stay current technology wise. Problem exist with implementation, they have a large issue with accountability. It's never their fault, even though it blatantly is, or they give you a long drawn out speech about how it's the software's fault, insurance's fault, etc etc. They do not negotiate price, even when they're costing you money because of slow billing and/or errors.
