We were told that the smart vest was a rental but after several payments we would own it. By the smart vest people, this place keeps billing is for the same months over and over I kept paying until I realized that the bills show due for may and June over and over old months. We have tried to resolve all of this and get the run around. So young lady represents herself as two different people. If this is not resolved I'm calling Medicare fraud department. UPDATE...for some reason neither me, my insurance company or dr could get someone to answer to resolve an issue. Today, I had the nicest lady call me and we spoke at great length and everything is good now. Thank you again for reaching out and taking care of this. I would give 0 stars for the fact the company does NOT give a hoot about their employees and their lives. All they care about is their "numbers". They get rid of good, hard working dedicated employees with families who bust their asses to meet quotas and when they don't, they get let go. You should be ashamed of yourself for what you put people through, depression, financial strain and heartache. You completely destroy the mindset of good people and their work ethic. Delivering to this place is a bit difficult. They are located on 6th ave but to access the dock area you have to enter off of 6th street . On the east side of CVF motor sports. There are no signs to let you know where to gain access to dock area. Also tight space in dock area tough to maneuver when exiting for road truck and 53' .
