My experience was quite different from other reviewers. I found the service to be rude, curt and unprofessional. Dimi was unsympathetic to pain and consistently whispers curse words as he works. This never gave me much confidence. Results after about 5 visits were minimal though my hair is quite dense. I finally stopped going after Dimi told me, right before my appointment, that I needed to wait 75 minutes because his wife wanted a ride to the airport. Amazing service by two absolute professionals. Diligent, detail-oriented, discrete, and extremely conscientious with an immaculately clean and well-organized space - I couldn't recommend them more highly.
I have been going to Lily since January. I have PCOS which gives thick dark facial hair. I can say that it has reduced significantly and the hair is much thinner. The place is clean and bright with free parking in the area. Highly recommended!
