I get my work done by Jalene. The first day I had a consultation with her, she was knowledgeable and so educated in the field that she was able to make such a complex treatment understandable for the layman. On my consultation visit she far exceeded the time spent doing the electrolysis, supposed to only be 15 mins, and she never asked for more money. She makes you comfortable and she is a joy to be around. So glad that Frederick has electrolysis and so glad that Jalene works there and works on me!
All of the staff have been friendly and professional for each of my visits. Starting of by figuring out what session lengths would work best for my individual pain tolerance and off the clock help with finding the right prep cream (I needed extra numbing compared to other clients) While I honestly can't praise them enough in words, I can say that I truely do recommend them for permanent hair removal, no matter what reason it may be for.
