All of the staff have been friendly and professional for each of my visits. Starting of by figuring out what session lengths would work best for my individual pain tolerance and off the clock help with finding the right prep cream (I needed extra numbing compared to other clients) While I honestly can't praise them enough in words, I can say that I truely do recommend them for permanent hair removal, no matter what reason it may be for.

This is the place to go if you want electrolysis done well and correctly! Before I came here I went to a different business that was closer to where I lived religiously, weekly to biweekly, for 7 months, and toward the end of my time with that business I started to question if they were actually performing the service correctly because I could feel the hairs being plucked.
