I wasn't even able to get an appointment. I reached out a month ago via a form on their website. After they reached out via text to schedule a consultation, I never heard back when I asked for availability. Outstanding electrolysis (hair removal) service by the proprietor, Dan Wallace, who has decades of experience and provides the highest standards of professionalism.
I had laser hair removal at one point and it didn't stick so I looked into alternatives and found Dan. He is thorough on explaining the treatment and why it is permanent. Many of my treatment areas he got rid of the stray hairs to shape my beard or eyebrows and I continue to see him for random other areas that come in as I've gotten older.
