I don't know what I was expecting from talking to her on the phone but she is an older white woman. She obviously has been doing this for years and it shows in her work. Her office is inside of a residential dwelling but the business is definitely separate. There is even a waiting room. I went in for a consultation which I had planned to book an hour on the spot but the pain was unbearable for me.
