I have PCOS which causes unwanted hair growth. I chose electrolysis because I wanted it gone permanently. Jane knew what PCOS was and understood my situation. Her office is private, clean and her machine is state of the art so there is no pain! She is efficient and very, very affordable but also kind and empathetic which is necessary.
